About the Studio
Jacqueline Cripps is a writer working across fiction, narrative nonfiction, essays, and screenwriting. Her work explores identity, relationships, and contemporary life, with a focus on women-led narratives. She is the author of three nonfiction books and an active essayist.
Studio & Publishing
Alongside her writing practice, Jacqueline leads Cripps Media and its literary imprint, Orphaleia Press. Her work brings together storytelling, editorial development, and digital-first publishing.
She approaches story development through an interdisciplinary lens informed by her background in consulting, psychology-informed practice, and public speaking.
Affiliations & Projects
Jacqueline is a board member of Women’s Media Group in New York and a member of Redux Contemporary Art Center in Charleston. Her creative work spans multiple mediums, including screenwriting projects in development and a documentary project where she served as associate producer. Across her practice, her work is defined by introspection, clarity, and a belief in story as a means of connection.
